Capable of applying smooth top icing to a variety of baked goods, the Hinds-Bock hot print icer features a double-walled heated and agitated tank with a variable frequency pump and filter assembly. The rotary lobe servo pump keeps the rotating drum coated in warm icing as product passes underneath, “printing” the icing onto it. The conveyor uses a 2-part, pass-through wire with bakery belt section. Catch pans collect product falling through the wire section. An optional string and waterfall icing feature is available.
