Used for high-speed mixing and emulsification, the GLASS VAS All-round mixer features a 3-arm mixing tool in the bottom of the vessel and a chopping tool on the side. It is suitable for sauces, dips, dressings, vegetarian deli products, spreads and patés, as well as confectionery products, including nougat, marzipan and ganache.
