Engineered for meat and poultry processors, the Cambridge Metal Modular metal-detectable, stainless steel conveyor belt can be used with horizontal and incline conveyors for processes such as bagging, pack-outs, dip tanks, macerators and in-feeds. Similar in pitch, size, structure and application to plastic modular belting, it has a fastener-free, integrated flight design and 3 connection points that reinforce the stainless steel wires. The belt comes in widths up to 120 in., runs at speeds to 200 ft./min. and can handle temperatures as high as 1,000°F. The mesh can be made denser at points of distress to add strength and rigidity where needed.
