The NuTEC totally electric 760E forming machine uses no hydraulic fluid. The rotary vane pump feed system portions product with minimal product working, while the vane pump feeds directly to the mold plate cavity without product backflow or bridging. Featuring a speed adjustable up to 90+ strokes/min., the forming machine accepts most existing mold plates or can be custom designed.
