Used for pressure-fed applications that don’t require independent air and liquid control, the EXAIR 1/4 NPT No Drip internal mix deflected flat fan spray nozzle atomizes fluid and sprays at a right angle to the nozzle orientation. When the compressed air supply is shut off, the nozzle positively seals off the flow of liquid. CE compliant and conflict mineral free, the nozzle is fully adjustable to control air and liquid consumption and has interchangeable liquid and air caps. Typical applications include coating, rinsing, cooling, quenching, wetting and dust control.
