The Macrowave CeleroTherm pasteurizer has a hybridized layout with a radio frequency heating system to provide uniform heating and an integrated heat retention zone to prevent product cooling during hold time. HACCP variables are monitored, recorded and alarmed as necessary for process validation. Systems are available in capacities ranging from 1,500 to 25,000 lbs./hr.
