Equipped with 2 or 3 independently driven agitators working in tandem, the Ross VersaMix Model VMC-200 multi-shaft mixer offers fine dispersion, turnover and heating/cooling, in addition to homogenization and deagglomeration, in high-viscosity conditions up to several hundred thousand centipoise. All the product contact surfaces are made of Type 316L polished stainless steel with a 180-grit finish, while the ASME 60 psi vessel jacket is insulated with 2-in. thick mineral wool and sheathed with watertight stainless steel cladding. The mixer has a working capacity of 200 gal.
