Designed for small to medium-sized brewing companies, the Innofill CAN Compact can filler achieves outputs of 10,000 to 48,000 cans/hr. The central product tank installed at the top of the filler carousel has a working volume of 50 to 200 L. The beverage to be canned is supplied to the filling stations by a rotary distributor. The gapless bell guide has PTFE expansion joints and bells that are lifted and positioned electropneumatically to seal the cans without any mechanical action from cams and rollers. All the components form a closed unit that can be commissioned onsite on a plug-and-produce basis.
