SPX FLOW Waukesha Cherry-Burrell WR60/WR80 series single-seat valves protect process pumps from over-pressure. The threaded exterior adjustment is protected and locked in with a sealed cap that includes a positive stop mechanism to avoid overloading of the spring actuator. Available in air-to-raise and air-to-lower configurations, the valves incorporate a piston that can be fully opened to complete CIP without requiring over-pressure of the valve. Multiple body styles and a variety of control top options are available.
