The Kason Vibroscreen double-deck screener removes oversize and undersize particles from on-size powder, bulk food and dairy products. The screener has a 40-in. diameter with 2 horizontally mounted screens in a cylindrical housing. An imbalanced weight gyratory motor imparts vibration, causing oversize particles to travel across the upper screen and exit through an upper discharge spout. Undersize material flows through the screen and into a lower discharge spout. The screener includes an integral clean-in-place spray wash system.
