The SPX FLOW Anhydro spray granulizer converts liquids into dense, dustless and free-flowing granulates. Feed material is granulized and dried by heated air, then passed through a vibrating fluid bed. The powder is then divided into product, oversize and undersize particles. Oversize particles are milled to the proper size, then the excess is mixed with undersize particles before being conveyed back to the granulizer.
