Designed with stainless steel, fully welded seamless hoppers, Hollymatic stainless steel 4000 Series industrial mixer/grinders can be used for a variety of products. The units are equipped with variable speed mix and grind and programmable mix forward and reverse timers. The 4200F model has a tapered outfeed hopper to process frozen flaked and tempered products. All versions come with No. 56 grinding heads. Optional No. 66 grinding heads are available.
