The Hinds-Bock 18P-03 industrial batter depositing machine utilizes a servo drive to move the entire depositor, timed with continuously moving baking bands or pan conveyors. Capable of speeds up to 900/min., it includes docking hardware that enables locating the depositor, positive shutoff spouts and tool-free, quick-release contact parts. The hopper agitation maintains the correct ratio of liquids and solids for the large-scale production of products with or without particulates, such as pancakes, waffles, cupcakes, cake batter, muffins or flowable cookie batters.
