The TIP-TITE drum dumper for 30- to 55-gal. drums has an elongated discharge cone that mates with the gasketed inlet of low-height receiving vessels to allow the dust-free transfer of free-flowing bulk solids. The drum platform is raised by a single hydraulic cylinder to create a dust-tight seal between the rim of the drum and the underside of the discharge cone. The dumper is made of carbon steel with material contact surfaces of stainless steel or in all-stainless steel finished to food standards.
