The Bühler SORTEX FA1 optical sorter is a compact optical sorter designed to be the final quality check in fruit and packaging vegetable lines. The sorter is designed to prevent buildup of pathogenic bacteria and contaminants, and is resistant to high-pressure jet washing. The unit is a 600-mm chute sorting platform that can handle up to 7 tons per hour.
