The KHS Innopouch Bartelt K series pouching machine includes a range of servo equipment. The horizontal, cyclic packaging machine makes stand-up, flat and bottom gusset pouches from film laminate, and can run in simplex (1 pouch per machine cycle) and duplex (2 pouches per machine cycle) operation. In duplex operation, the machine produces up to 150 pouches, measuring 100 to 380 mm in height and 100 to 400 mm in width, per min. Grippers in the filler area can be adjusted to accommodate pouch widths. The machine comes in a fill-and-seal version for pouch filling and a form/fill/seal variant for pouch production and filling.
