An all-in-one solution, the Hinds Bock rotary bottle filling system allows a single operator to fill, cap, label and pack-off a variety of containers. A variable speed stainless steel table with adjustable guides continuously moves containers into an automatic star wheel indexing system, where an air-operated diving bridge fills them from the bottom up. Filled bottles are swept out onto the discharge side of the table for manual capping. Options include a manual label applicator, change stars and cap torque chucks.
