Suitable for powders and bulk solids, the BinMaster NCR-80 1 1/2-in. non-contact radar level sensor performs reliably in dense dust with an accuracy within 0.2 in; the 80 GHz sensor focuses its signal in a narrow 4° beam to penetrate dust and measure solids in silos up to 80-ft. tall. The threaded sensor updates in less than one second for continuous level measurement. It is set up and configured using the BinDisc interface, a push-button device installed and visible on the top of the sensor for viewing silo levels and sensor status, as well as conducting system diagnoses.
