Featuring modular construction, the Weber Packaging Solutions Alpha HSM label applicator is available in 10 models, including right- and left-hand versions, as well as 5.3-, 7.8-, 9.8- and 12.6-in. label width versions. It can be used with line speeds up to 500 ft./min. It can handle labels from 0.39 x 0.39 in. up to 12.5 x 78.7 in. and label rolls up to 19 in. in diameter on 3-in. diameter cores. Three user interfaces are available: OLED display, external PLC module and a web-based control. The standard mechanical label unwinder and rewinder can be upgraded to a motorized servo-controlled system for higher speeds.
