MDP Series micromist spray dryers can produce fine powder below 10 microns without using any pulverizer/air classifier. They are designed to reduce residence time in the drying chamber and make the chamber smaller than before. By making particles with single microns diameter, they can dry liquid that is difficult to dry or needs to dry under low temperature. The dryer also can scale up to a larger model, suitable from laboratory to production scale.
