The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued two guidance documents about food allergen labeling requirements to help the food industry meet the requirements to list any major food allergen on the labels of FDA-regulated foods.
This tool is designed to capture and save digital images of critical foreign material (FM) contaminants that the sorter detects and rejects from the product stream.
