The USDA has launched the Branded Food Product Database, an informational hub for consumers, the food industry and researchers alike that contains the nutrition details on more than 80,000 name brand prepared and packaged foods.
The new interactive program currently covers all San Diego-based Chicken of the Sea shelf-stable tuna products and will soon to the company’s entire shelf-stable product line.
Filling what the company referred to as “geographic white spaces,” Mondelez announced the major expansion will include pairing its Oreo brand with Milka.
