Kaurina’s Kulfi could take shortcuts with its ‘Indian ice cream’ for more product and profit, but instead chooses a scaled up process first used in the family’s kitchen in order to stay true to the frozen treat’s heritage.

Combining Baked by Melissa’s handcrafted bite-size cupcakes and Claussen Pickles’ tangy flavor, the result is a sweet-salty-sour pickle treat.

The acquisition will complement Dessert Holdings’ existing platform of premium dessert brands serving retail and food service customers.
