The company has filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of persons in Quebec who purchased, or consumed and got sick, cantaloupes that are subject to the recent Health Canada recalls.

These items were shipped to Albertsons Cos. retail locations in Northern California and Northern Nevada.

A recall was not requested because the product is no longer available for consumers to purchase.
