The modern distribution facility includes 12,000 sq. ft. of fully automated freezer capacity, end-to-end research and development capabilities, automated production lines to increase sales capacity, and space for five additional production lines.
A M King provided property consulting services in addition to designing and building the mega-facility, which includes cold storage, ripening, processing and packaging space.
The project is estimated to cost $250 million and will feature robotics, solar-lined shade canopy and infrastructure upgrades

The new state-of-the-art facility is designed to support the movement of fresh produce from field to table, and will employ renewable energy and automation to maximize throughput, extend produce shelf life, and minimize costs.
