Haver’s Service Pad tablet-based system provides remote monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting of Haver filling machines. The mobile device allows operators to access production analytics at any time, provides alerts when maintenance issues occur and enables operators to videoconference with members of the company’s service department when troubleshooting. Haver machines fill granulated and micro-granulated bulk materials at a capacity of up to 2,400 bags per hour and powdery material at a rate of up to 6,000 bags per hour. The machines incorporate the supplier’s MEC III electronic weighing system.
