Fluid-heated fryer
Used for frying coated and uncoated poultry, meat, seafood, vegetables and other prepared foods and snack products, the Heat and Control MasterTherm thermal fluid-heated fryer has a U-tube heat exchanger that heats cooking oil throughout the unit. A small volume of thermal fluid circulates through the heat exchanger to maintain a consistent cooking temperature and adjust to changes in product load; spacing between the tubes eliminates restricted areas where fines can accumulate. Available in lengths from 10 to 32 ft., the fryer comes with an adjustable feed conveyor.
