The METTLER TOLEDO CI-Vision Mosaic vision inspection system employs 6 cameras to inspect labels on round containers without prior orientation on the production line; the system automatically verifies each label is complete, correctly applied and matches the product inside the package. Able to inspect products at a rate up to 1,000 ppm, it verifies printed codes, including date/lot/product codes, barcodes and 2-D matrix codes.
