Planning for the annual Food Automation & Manufacturing Conference and Expo (FA&M) is well underway, and Food Engineering is proud to announce the first set of speakers appearing at the event.

Food Engineering’s annual 2 ½-day conference and expo unites food and beverage processors and suppliers to learn about and gain valuable information on the latest trends and technologies in manufacturing, automation, sustainability and food safety.

It will take place at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach, FL from April 12-15, 2015.
