Built to package confectionery, pastries and cookies, the Rovema BVC 180 bagging system has an integrated weigher and pick-and-place module; the components are operated from an HMI panel. If product is present in the cross seal area, the system discharges the faulty bag without applying seal pressure. An infeed belt guides good bags in a face-up position downward out of the machine and to the pick-and-place module. Vacuum grippers position the bags in the tray according to a defined scheme.
