Blue Diamond Growers took home the innovation award at this year’s International Dried Fruit and Nut Council Congress for its Sriracha almonds released last year.
Drawing on the Sriracha trend, the flavor is the latest addition to Blue Diamond’s BOLD line, including wasabi and soy sauce, habanero BBQ and salt and vinegar.
“This award and Blue Diamond’s Sriracha almonds are a testament to the innovative spirit of our research and development, marketing and commercialization teams,” says Mark Jansen, CEO and president of Blue Diamond
