BelGioioso Cheese plans to build a new 100,000-sq.-ft. mozzarella processing facility in Glenville, NY. The new plant, valued at $25 million, will create 46 new jobs.

Branding Iron is adding 47,455 sq.-ft. of frozen, cold-storage space to its underground facility in Valmeyer, IL.

Café Spice, maker of prepackaged Indian food, is adding 40,000 sq.-ft. to its existing facility in New Windsor, NY at a total cost of $10 million, including a state incentive of $5 million.

Cargill Kitchen Solutions is investing $20 million to double the size of its Big Lake, MN egg processing facility, which pasteurizes, mixes and cooks a number of egg products.

Peco Foods will open a $40-million cold-storage distribution facility in West Point, Mississippi, hiring 300 people 
over the next four years. The 185,000-sq.-ft. facility was formerly operated by AmeriCold.

Chobani is considering the expansion of its South Edmeston, NY yogurt facility. The facility currently employs around 1,000 people.

Graceland Fruit opened a new cranberry processing plant in Warrens, WI. This expands Graceland’s total manufacturing capacity to 285,000 sq.-ft.
