Alexandrion Group plans to open a 120,000-sq.-ft. distillery in Carmel, NY. The $40 million facility will open in 2020.

Lindt & Sprüngli is planning a $200 million expansion of its Stratham, NH facility, which will take four years to finish.

The Bel Group will build its Canadian facility to produce Mini Babybel cheese. The $66 million facility will be located in Sorel-Tracy, QC.

Niagara Bottling started construction on a new $56 million, 469,000-sq.-ft. manufacturing and bottling facility in Jeffersonville, IN (opens in 2019), and will spend over $6 million to expand its Plainfield, IN, plant creating as many as 57 new jobs.

Brakebush Brothers is purchasing a fire-damaged poultry facility previously owned by House of Raeford. Located in Mocksville, NC, the company will renovate the 72,000-sq.-ft. building and open it in 2019.

NewCold is investing $90 million to build a 180,000-sq.-ft. warehouse in Burley, ID. Containing 25 million cu.-ft. of sub-zero cold storage, the 140-ft. high building will be finished in 2019. The main tenant will be McCain Foods USA.
