With gluten-free all the rage, MillerCoors has joined the movement by launching Coors Peak, its new naturally gluten-free copper lager made from all natural ingredients.

The owner of Brooklyn, NY-based Dell’s Maraschino Cherries company committed suicide Tuesday after investigators raided his factory suspecting the facility as a drug front.

The International Dairy Foods Association continues to analyze the recommendations made by the Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee, though the association says it is overall pleased with the report which encourages the consumption of more lowfat and fat-free dairy products.

The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) released its slate of packaging sessions as part of the PROCESS EXPO UNIVERSITY educational program held at Chicago’s McCormick Place on Sept. 15-18.

The committee identified a healthy dietary pattern as one higher in vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low- or non-fat dairy, seafood, legumes and nuts.
