BranchOut Food Inc., which specializes in dehydrated fruit and vegetable-based products, has signed a purchase agreement for a 10kW Radiant Energy Vacuum machine, built by EnWave Corporation.
The motor includes a power output of up to 30 horsepower, an integrated Safe Torque Off function, Modbus RTU built-in as standard, Bluetooth connectivity and an Ethernet port.
The joint efforts aim to reduce waste, increase recycling of organics, reduce climate pollution, save families and businesses money, and support a circular economy.
The new facility spans 140,000 sq. ft., including 100,000 sq. ft. of production, with six vertical layers of growing capacity and 40,000 sq. ft. for processing and packing.
