The recent boom of healthy and organic food products shows consumers understand the role food plays in their overall health, but they still have trouble improving their food selections.
The company says it will invest $65 million to add a 32,000-sq.-ft. expansion to the existing fry plant featuring the latest manufacturing equipment and technology.
The new program will drive more acres in the US into the organic certification process and builds on the company's commitment to double organic acreage.
